Uniforms

Other than our blue and white Volkswagen Transporter vans our corporate uniforms are the most important part of our visual identity. Our brightly coloured ‘Pimlico Blue’ uniforms that feature our name and logo are very well known in the industry and among the public and they distinguish us from other companies. Our corporate uniforms are also instantly recognisable and portray our trustworthy, reliable and second to none service.

All of our staff and engineers are strictly required to wear corporate clothing during their working day.

Here at Pimlico we take great pride in our uniforms and as our engineers have a lot of face-to-face contact and interaction with our customers we ensure that they present themselves professionally by turning up at a property wearing a clean and tidy company uniform designed to reflect our quality service.

We have quality control managers that visit properties where engineers are working and if it is noticed that their uniforms are unkempt or dirty it will be reported back to the office.

As a precautionary measure all of our engineers also carry a spare set of uniform in their vans to change into in the event that it gets soiled whilst they are carrying out a job.

Additionally our management and office staff are also required to wear company clothing. Men wear formal corporate shirts and ties that bear an embroidered company logo and ladies wear formal corporate blouses. This offers a sense of unity and professionalism among our employees.
