Pimlico Plumbers is very proud to be a key sponsor of the Rhys Daniels Trust.

The Rhys Daniels Trust was established in 1994 and provides ‘Home from Home’ facilities in support of specialist children’s hospitals in the UK for families whose children have been diagnosed with a serious illness.

Charlie Mullins says:

“These homes are essential for families with very sick children who live a long way from the hospital they are being treated at. They provide a refuge for these families and give them one less thing to worry about in a desperate situation. The work that Barry Daniels and the rest of the team at the trust do is absolutely amazing and they are an inspiration to us all. It’s an honour to be a key sponsor of the Rhys Daniels Trust.”

  • The Rhys Daniels Trust’s Annual Butterfly Ball 2007/2008/2009/2010/2011

Pimlico attended the Rhys Daniels Trust’s Butterfly Ball 2010. This event was the charity's best to date and it was a record breaking year for the amount raised which was an amazing £230,850.

Mike Osman did an amazing job in hosting the event and helping to raise thousands for the Trust. The entertainment was top class with Bobby Davro doing a very funny medley of impressions, last year’s Britain’s Got Talent contestant Kev Orkian, the comedy Piano Player, was brilliant and the act that I know made a lot of people’s night was singer Gareth Gates.

The room was filled with about 400 guests including the Trust’s Vice- Patrons Max Clifford and Pauline Quirke, to show their support for this great and much needed charity. The charity’s other celebrity supporters that do a lot of work with the Trust turned out to make the night even more spectacular including Johnny Briggs, Martin Kemp, Craig Fairbrass, Jeremy Kyle, Linda lusardi, Vanessa Feltz, some of the cast from both Emmerdale and Eastenders and many more.

Well done to everyone at The Rhys Daniels Trust for raising this record breaking amount I know that they all worked really hard to achieve this.
