Help a London Child

Pimlico Plumbers is very proud to support Help a London Child.

Help a London Child was launched in 1975 and provides financial support to grass-roots projects working with London’s less advantaged children and young people.

“We are happy to continue to support Help a London Child as one of our chosen charities. As a company we try to get involved in the community as much as possible and raising money for Help a London Child is a fun and great way to do it. The charity helps thousands of less advantaged children across London each year and we are very glad to be a small part of that,” says Charlie Mullins.

Pimlico’s support for Help a London Child includes:

• Pimlico donated £40,000 to host Capital FM’s Breakfast Show with Johnny Vaughn at the depot in 2007.
• Pimlico donated £50,000 through our bid to host Capital FM’S Breakfast Show at our depot in 2008.
• Pimlico’s very own running team that includes Buster Martin, has entered various charity runs and marathons such as the Bupa Great Capital run to raise money for the charity.
• Pimlico has previously donated £5 per job completed to raise money for the charity.
• Pimlico bid £10,000 for a pair of front row tickets to the Jingle Bell Ball.
• We frequently donate old mobile phones for Capital FM’s Christmas Appeal.
• Charlie is a regular guest on Capital FM in support of the charity.
• We often attend various events organised to raise money for Help a London Child.
